We ship to the United States and Canada.

2. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: Shipping is free on all orders in both the U.S. and Canada, regardless of size or weight.

3. Business Hours & Order Processing

Customer Service Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days to verify your order, perform quality checks, and prepare items for shipment.

Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping & Delivery Times

United States

  • Carriers Used: USPS, UPS, FedEx
  • Transit Time: 7 to 14 business days after the order ships
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 7 to 14 business days (including processing)

Canada

  • Carriers Used: USPS, UPS, FedEx (Economy International)
  • Transit Time: 6 to 10 business days after the order ships
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6 to 10 business days (including processing)

5. Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email within 24 to 72 hours. Use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Note: Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays can occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier delays beyond our control
  • High-volume periods (e.g., holidays)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Retailssup is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you believe your package is lost or stolen, contact the carrier directly and notify us at Support@retailssupp.net so we can help you file a claim.
